Topps Basketball officially hit the court in Thessaloniki last week, as SLAMDUNK hosted an unforgettable launch event powered by Trace ’n Chase.

The atmosphere was buzzing from the very first moment, setting the stage for a celebration of hoops, hobby culture, and community!

Collectors, fans, and basketball lovers of all ages packed the store for a first look at the brand-new 2025–26 Topps Basketball product, marking a major moment for the basketball collectibles scene in Greece. The excitement was palpable as attendees ripped fresh packs, shared hits, and connected over their passion for the game.

But the night had a special spark — thanks to the presence of Sofoklis Schortsanitis, the one and only “Big Sofo” / “Baby Shaq.” A true legend of Greek basketball, Big Sofo brought his unmatched energy, warmth, and larger-than-life personality to the event. From meeting fans to posing for photos and talking basketball, he turned the launch into a celebration of everything we love about the sport.
