1. What is the Trace ‘n Chase Rewards Program?
The Trace ‘n Chase Rewards Program is our brand new customer loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their purchases at Trace ‘n Chase. For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point, which can be redeemed for various coupons.
2. Who can join the Program?
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.
3. What am I agreeing to by joining the Program?
By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the PROGRAM'S TERMS & CONDITIONS and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions. You also agree to receive Program-related emails from us and our partners.

5. How will you use the information I provide through the Program?
The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.
6. How does the Program work and how do I earn points?
Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by creating an account, or by logging in to an existing account, at tracenchase.com and agreeing to the PROGRAM'S TERMS & CONDITIONS. You may be required to provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth and to create a password in order to create an account.
You can earn Points by logging in to your account and then making qualifying purchases or taking qualifying actions. We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.
You may earn Points for euros (€) you spend on each qualifying transaction at tracenchase.com, excluding federal, state, and local taxes, shipping charges, employee or other discounts, and items purchased with a gift card, merchandise credits, or any Rewards or other awards. Some purchases may be excluded from the Program, at Trace ‘n Chase’s discretion.
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent at our shop. Additionally, all users will receive points from previous purchases made before the program’s launch, provided they have spent €200 or more. There is no minimum purchase requirement to redeem points, but you must have enough points (200) for the coupon you wish to redeem for your transaction.
7. What are the Coupons and how many points do I need to redeem them?
You are entitled to create your own coupon, by using your accumulated points!
You may redeem Points for eligible Coupons by clicking on the "Generate Coupon" button, from the "Rewards Points" Tab in your Account Dashboard. To redeem Points for a Coupon, you must have a valid physical address linked to your account. Coupons may only be redeemed for products available at tracenchase.com unless expressly authorized by Trace ‘n Chase. Points used to redeem a Coupon will be deducted from the total Points available in your Member account.
8. Can I use multiple Coupons in a single transaction or combine, exchange or transfer coupons?
You cannot combine Coupons with any other coupon or promotion.
Coupons cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.
Each Coupon is non-transferable and linked to a unique user account.
Points may not be used toward purchases of gift certificates, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax, or shipping charges.
Credits from multiple accounts may not be aggregated.
9. When will my Points be available?
It may take up to 7 days for eligible purchases or actions to post to your account. It may take 24 hours for you to be able to redeem Points once rewarded.
10. Can I purchase products exclusively by using my Points?
Yes, there will be select products available for purchase only through the use of your Points, making them accessible solely to members of our Rewards Program.
11. How can I track my Points and Coupons and how do I check my Member Account status?
You can view your Points balance and the history of Coupons used at any time through your Account on our website. There is a dedicated tab ("Rewards Points") for easy access. You can check your Rewards Program status by logging into your Account at tracenchase.com and going to the “Points History” section on your dashboard.
12. Does my membership ever expire?
While your membership may remain open, Points will expire after eighteen (18) months of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no Points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no Points.
13. Can my membership be revoked?
Your membership may be revoked by Trace ‘n Chase, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than eighteen (18) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Trace ‘n Chase or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If, in Trace ‘n Chase’s sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.
If your membership is revoked, any Points or Coupons in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, in Trace ‘n Chase’s sole discretion.
14. Can the Rewards Program be modified or terminated?
Yes. Trace ‘n Chase may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Rewards Program, the Program Terms, or any aspect or feature of the Rewards Program, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Coupons already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Coupons.
If the Rewards Program is terminated, any Points or Coupons in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, in Trace ‘n Chase’s sole discretion.
15. How do I terminate/cancel my Program Membership?
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Rewards Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Trace ‘n Chase Customer Service at support@tracenchase.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Rewards Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.
If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Points you may have earned and/or any Coupons that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Rewards Program. If you wish to return to the Rewards Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no Points or available Coupons.
