The Trace 'n Chase Rewards Program is our customer loyalty program designed to reward you for your purchases. For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point, which can be redeemed directly for a discount at checkout.

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older. Membership is intended for personal use only and is limited to one (1) account per individual.

By joining the Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the PROGRAM'S TERMS & CONDITIONS, including any updates or modifications we may make. You also consent to receive Program-related communications from us and our partners.

The personal information collected in connection with the Program is governed by our PRIVACY POLICY.

Eligible individuals may enroll by creating or logging into an account at tracenchase.com and accepting the PROGRAM'S TERMS & CONDITIONS. You will need to provide your full name, mailing address, email, date of birth, and create a password.

Points are earned by making qualifying purchases or taking qualifying actions while logged in. 

You earn 1 Point for every €1 spent on eligible transactions, excluding federal, state, and local taxes, shipping charges, employee or other discounts, and items purchased with a gift card, merchandise credits, or any Rewards or other awards, as determined by Trace 'n Chase.

We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional Points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.

Additionally, customers with historical purchases prior to the program's launch will receive Points retroactively, provided they have spent €200 or more. There is no minimum purchase requirement to redeem Points, but you must have at least 200 Points to start applying discounts at checkout.

You can redeem Points directly at checkout. Simply enter the number of Points you wish to apply in the "Apply Points" box, and the corresponding discount will be applied to your order total.

A minimum of 200 Points is required to begin redeeming.

Points cannot be combined with other promotions or transferred between accounts.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used toward the purchase of gift certificates, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax, or shipping charges. Each redemption is linked to a single user account.

It may take up to 7 days for eligible purchases or actions to be reflected in your account. You may begin redeeming Points within 24 hours of them being credited.

Yes. Select products may be offered exclusively to Rewards Program members and will be available for purchase using Points only.

You can view your Points balance and redemption history through your account on tracenchase.com. Navigate to the "Check Your Points" tab and visit the "Points History" section for detailed tracking.

Membership does not expire; however, Points will expire after eighteen (18) months of inactivity -defined as no Points earned- no qualifying purchases or actions, and no Points redemptions during that period.

Your membership may be revoked by Trace ‘n Chase, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than eighteen (18) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Trace ‘n Chase or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If, in Trace ‘n Chase’s sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

If your membership is revoked, any Points or Coupons in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and its features will automatically terminate, in Trace ‘n Chase’s sole discretion.

Yes. Trace 'n Chase reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Program and/or its terms at any time without prior notice. This may impact the ability to earn or redeem Points. Any Points remaining at the time of termination will expire immediately.

To cancel your membership, contact Customer Service at support@tracenchase.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Rewards Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.

If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Points you may have earned and/or any Coupons that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Rewards Program. If you wish to return to the Rewards Program after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Program again starting with no Points or available Coupons.
