Your security and trust are among our highest priorities at Trace 'n Chase.
We have become aware of fraudulent websites, social media accounts, advertisements and unauthorised sellers attempting to impersonate our brand using similar names, logos, designs or domain names. These are not operated by TRACE AND CHASE A.E. or by our US company, and some attempt to collect payments or personal data under false pretences.
This page explains how to confirm you are dealing with the real Trace ‘n Chase, and what to do if you encounter something suspicious.

Our Official Websites
There are exactly two official Trace ‘n Chase online stores. They are operated by two separate companies serving two separate markets.
Europe & Rest of World
tracenchase.com
Prices in EUR. Operated by TRACE AND CHASE A.E., Thessaloniki, Greece. This is the site you are on now.
United States, Canada & Mexico
tracenchase.us
Prices in USD. Operated by our US company from its retail store in Totowa, New Jersey.
The address us.tracenchase.com is ours and redirects to tracenchase.us. Any other domain is not ours.
If you are shopping from Europe, tracenchase.com is the correct store for you. A site showing our products priced in US dollars is either our US store or not ours at all.
Our Official Communication Channels
TRACE AND CHASE A.E. contacts customers only from @tracenchase.com email addresses.
We will never:
- Ask you to pay outside our checkout, to a personal bank account or IBAN
- Request payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, Western Union or peer-to-peer transfer
- Ask for your full card number, CVV or account password by email, direct message or telephone
- Pressure you to complete a payment within minutes
Our checkout accepts card payments, PayPal and IRIS. A page asking you to pay any other way is not ours.
How to Spot a Fake Trace ‘n Chase Site
Be cautious if you notice any of the following:
- A domain name that resembles tracenchase.com or tracenchase.us without matching exactly. Read the address bar character by character.
- Prices far below market for sealed hobby product. Sealed boxes have a floor; sellers do not give them away.
- No VAT number, no company registration details and no registered address. European law requires an online trader to publish these. Their absence is not an oversight.
- No cookie notice and no privacy policy. Every legitimate store selling into the EU must have both.
- Payment requested by bank transfer to a personal IBAN, or a checkout that redirects to an unrelated payment page.
- Spelling errors, awkward grammar, or branding that is close but not quite right.
- Prices shown in euro but a site that bills or ships from an unexplained country.
- Social media advertisements linking to a domain you do not recognise.
- Requests for personal or financial information beyond what an order requires.
If something feels wrong, stop and verify before you pay.
Before You Complete a Purchase, Ask Yourself
Report a Fake Site or Seller
If you find a website, advertisement, social media account, email or seller impersonating Trace ‘n Chase, please report it. Every report helps us protect collectors.
Email: abuse@tracenchase.com
To make your report actionable, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The full URL, copied directly from the address bar. Not the advertisement, not a shortened link.
- A screenshot with the address bar visible. A screenshot of the page alone is much harder to act on.
- The date and time you saw it, and your time zone.
- How you found it — search result, social media advertisement, email, direct message or marketplace listing.
- What payment method was requested, and any IBAN, account name or wallet address shown.
- Any emails or messages you received, forwarded as attachments where possible so the original headers are preserved.
The more of this we have, the faster a host, registrar or platform will act.
If You Have Already Paid a Suspicious Site
Act in this order. The first step is time-sensitive.
We cannot recover funds paid to a third party, and we are not able to guarantee any specific outcome from a report. What we can do is pursue takedowns and help you document the incident for your bank and for the authorities.
What We Do About It
TRACE AND CHASE A.E. monitors for websites, social media accounts and sellers that misuse our brand, and we work with our US company, with hosting providers, domain registrars and platform trust teams to have them removed.
Takedowns take time, and operators frequently rebuild under new domains. The most reliable protection remains simple: buy from tracenchase.com, or from tracenchase.us if you are in the United States, Canada or Mexico.
Thank you for helping us keep the collecting community safe.
