The Trace ‘n Chase team attends the 46th National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago!
This past month, the Trace ‘n Chase team traveled across the Atlantic to attend the biggest hobby gatherings in the world, the National Sports Collectors Convention (NSCC) in Rosemont, Chicago!
For collectors, the “National” is more than just a card show, it’s the heart of the hobby. Held every summer in different U.S. cities, the NSCC is a recurring annual event that has become a tradition for the global sports cards & memorabilia community. From legendary athletes and major card manufacturers to grading companies and thousands of passionate collectors, the National brings everyone together for a week filled with trading, breaking, showcasing, and connecting.
Highlights from Rosemont
- Meeting partners & hobby leaders – From card manufacturers to grading and authentication experts, the National was the perfect setting to strengthen relationships and explore new collaborations.
- Scoping out future releases – Sneak peeks of upcoming basketball, soccer, and football card products gave us a clear view of what collectors can look forward to in the coming months.
- Global collector connections – We had the chance to meet collectors not only from the U.S. but also from Europe and beyond, all sharing the same excitement for the cards and the stories behind them.
Our presence at the National underlines our mission: to bridge the gap between the global sports card scene and the rapidly growing European market. By attending this annual convention, we bring back insights, opportunities, and connections that help us continue growing the hobby at home and keep our community aligned with international trends.
