Trace ‘n Chase Celebrates Topps Rip Night 2026 with Unforgettable Events in Greece and the United States!

This past February, Trace ‘n Chase proudly joined collectors and sports fans around the world in celebrating one of the hobby’s most anticipated annual events: Topps Rip Night 2026. With simultaneous celebrations taking place at our flagship locations in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Totowa, New Jersey, our community came together for an unforgettable night filled with exclusive product openings, celebrity guests, giveaways, live breaks, and countless memorable moments.

A Historic Night for the Hobby Community

Topps Rip Night has become a global celebration of collecting culture, bringing together hobby enthusiasts, athletes, celebrities, breakers, and collectors of all ages. This year’s edition was especially significant for Trace ‘n Chase, as we hosted two incredible events on opposite sides of the Atlantic, each offering a unique experience while sharing the same passion for sports cards and collectibles.

Thessaloniki Welcomes Football Legend Fanis Gekas

Our Thessaloniki location had the honor of hosting renowned former Greek international football star Fanis Gekas, who joined collectors for an evening packed with excitement and interaction.

Fans had the opportunity to meet one of Greece’s most celebrated football figures, participate in exclusive Q&A sessions, hear stories from his remarkable career, and share their passion for the hobby with a true sports icon. Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed live box breaks from Drew’s Breaks and Freak Collectors together with Madney, exclusive giveaways, special prizes, and the electric atmosphere that only a major hobby event can create.

The event brought together collectors from across Greece, highlighting the continued growth and passion of the sports collectibles community in the region.

Topps Rip Night Takes Over Totowa, New Jersey

Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, our Trace ‘n Chase location in Totowa, New Jersey, welcomed former NFL star and media personality Tiki Barber for an equally spectacular celebration.

Collectors and sports fans gathered to meet the former professional football standout, participate in interactive discussions, collect autographs, and experience the excitement of Topps Rip Night firsthand. The event featured exclusive product openings, live breaks, giveaways, and countless opportunities for attendees to connect through their shared passion for collecting.

The energy throughout the evening perfectly reflected the strength and enthusiasm of the hobby community in the United States.
