Second Edition of “3×3 Sundays Powered by Trace ‘n Chase” Brings Excitement to the Court for Another Weekend!
The second edition of “3×3 Sundays powered by Trace ‘n Chase” continued this past weekend with a high-energy event over the last weekend, hosted at the Eurohoops Dome in Kifissia. With over 60 young athletes from three Athenian basketball teams participating, the event was a celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and the thrill of 3×3 basketball. Adding to the excitement, participants walked away with collectible EuroLeague cards, courtesy of Trace ‘n Chase!
A Partnership That Inspires
This collaboration between Eurohoops and Trace ‘n Chase has entered its second successful year, driven by a shared vision to inspire young athletes. The 3×3 Sundays” initiative has become a flagship series, allowing academy players to engage with the dynamic format of 3×3 basketball—a fast-paced sport that recently joined the Olympic roster. Beyond the court, the initiative fosters community, fun, and an appreciation for the game, with exciting rewards making every event even more memorable.
Another Thrilling Kickoff for the Youngest Stars
Like the premiere of the second season of “3×3 Sundays powered by Trace ‘n Chase” at the Eurohoops Dome, the second “collectible” Sunday was also dedicated to the younger age groups. Athletes born in 2017, 2016, and 2015 from the areas of Kifissia, Patissia, and Dionysos participated in a tournament designed to emphasize the joy of sports, inclusivity, and the teaching of basketball fundamentals.
The children enjoyed 1.5 hours of gameplay in the state-of-the-art facilities of the Eurohoops Dome, improving their skills, forming new friendships, and receiving collectible gifts from Trace ‘n Chase—a gift pack from the 2023-24 Panini Donruss Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Basketball Gravity Box series featuring EuroLeague’s top current, future and former stars!
Unleashing Competitive Spirit
To add a healthy competitive edge, challenges were organized for each age group, with winners earning a collectible box of NBA Milwaukee Bucks & Golden State Warriors Champion Team Sets, bringing even more excitement to the young athletes!
